Pressure

Today's society: the growing fraction of people can't make their mortgage payments, because rising unemployment.

HOME LOANS!!

In the stop motion animation, the bird embodies the home loans. The insects embodies people who try to purchase home loans. I use house floor plan to replace the insects' bodies, which represent the house people brought. Also, using insects 'bodies to reflect people with social pressure, because insects represent fragile, low defense, tiny, hard to survive and a large number.

Then, I thought huge head cannot show the concept clearly (home loans), so I changed huge head into a house planning map. I felt this was an interesting way to represent.

Inspiration
I inspired by Wu LiangYong's architecture planning map

During my research, I went to the Tsinghua art museum and I was influenced by architect Wu Liangyong’s architecture planning map. The way he draws the planning map looks like a perfect painting instead of just a normal planning map. Then I try to use planning map to represent the house that people brought.

At first, I was using the huge head human to imply heavy social pressure because social pressure seriously impacts on human’s mental and physical healthy.
